Purchase gift cards thru RaiseRight to support The Outreach House

To increase the funds we can use to benefit our guests, we'd like to introduce you to the RaiseRight Scrip program. Some of you might already be familiar with it as it is used at many private schools as both a fundraiser and as a way for families to save on their tuition. It's an easy way to increase our earnings. Here's how it works:

  1. Either online or through a mobile app, order physical cards and/or electronic gift cards from over 600 vendors associated with this program. Your order for the week must be placed each Sunday by at 5:00 PM.

  2. You have two options to pay for them - Either on your credit card or through a direct withdrawal from your bank account. Each option has a small processing fee associated with it.

  3. The Outreach House earns a rebate from the brands of gift cards you purchased - Anywhere from 1.25% to 20%. That rebate is directly deposited into The Outreach House's fundraising account. You pay NO extra money - Just the face value of the card. For example, if you bought a $100 Kohl's card, they offer a 7% rebate, so $7 would go into the fundraising account.

  4. The physical cards will be available for pick up each week on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:00 PM and on Thursday afternoons from 12:00-2:00 PM.  The electronic cards will be sent to your RaiseRight wallet for immediate use.

Most of us buy groceries and gas on a regular basis - And potentially many things on Amazon and at other retail outlets. We travel and shop for clothes and eat dinner out and go to the movies. What an easy way to earn money for The Outreach House just by using a gift card instead of cash or a credit card to make these purchases. And with the holidays quickly approaching, it's a great way for one stop shopping! For example, instead of driving to ten different locations to buy gift cards for all your nieces and nephews, simply place one order on RaiseRight, and all the cards are ready to be picked up at one location - The Outreach House.

Here's how to get started:

  1. Visit the RaiseRight Scrip website at https://www.raiseright.com/enroll/HV3ZK3JCJYCM (this link will automatically fill in the enrollment code for The Outreach House) 

  2. Select "Join a Program" and create your account.  Ignore the "Who are you earning for?" section

  3. Follow the prompts until your account is completed

Once your account is set up, you are ready to place orders and earn money for The Outreach House.
